At the core of our firm is Genesis U. Roberto, an active CPA licensed in Maryland and Virginia, and a Certified Government Financial Manager with experience in government contracting, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, consturction and engineering industries. With over 15 years of extensive experience in public accounting, she has held leadership roles at prominent firms such as Sikich LLP, Ernst & Young, and Grant Thornton Commercial and Public Sector. This means you benefit directly from her deep expertise in financial statement reporting under US GAAP,  internal controls, audit readiness and financial statement audits. You'll also gain insights from her proficiency in M&A due diligence reviews, compilations, reviews, and government contracting processes.

She earned her Master of Science in Business Analytics from Georgetown University. This unique blend of a strong accounting foundation and advanced analytical capabilities allows us to provide comprehensive and insightful accounting and financial analysis support. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University-Hawaii.
